Click the following link to download the IE Tab Extension. When the page IE Tab page is displayed on the screen, click the "Install Now" Button to down load the extension. When the download is complete and you have returned to the Help screen, you can click Tools/Extensions to view the extension.
After you have completed the download, click "Tools" in the Main Menu to view the Tools Menu as shown to the right. Then click the "IE Tab Option" menu item to display the "IT Tab Options" screen as shown.
Check that the Dever Web Site "http://dever.vicbar.au/" is in the "Site Filter" box of the "IT Tab Options" screen. If it is not, click the "Add" button to add it. Then Click "Apply" and "OK". You should now be able to log into the web site.
