In Microsoft Explorer 5 main menu, click Tools and then Internet Options and then Security and then Custom Level.

In Microsoft Explorer 4 main menu, click View and then Internet Options and then Security and then Settings.

In the Security Settings screen, scroll down to the ActiveX Controls and plugins section and ensure that all of the ActiveX settings are Enabled.

If the Log-In screen fails to appear, change your Internet Log-On options to "Anonymous Logon".
